Echotomato Return and Refund Policy

本政策适用于 Echotomato 平台所有商品交易,旨在明确您在本平台购物时的退换货权益与流程。

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Returns: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or tampering may result in rejection of the return request.
  • Refunds: Refunds are applicable only for items that meet the return criteria mentioned above. Customized or personalized products are generally non – returnable and non – refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Time Limit: You must initiate a return request within [3] days from the date of delivery. Late requests will not be entertained.

2. Return Process

  • Request Initiation: To start the return process, please contact Echotomato’s customer service team via email at info@sta.com or phone at (+65 69085419). Provide your order number, the reason for return, and other relevant details.
  • Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage. Items returned without proper tracking may not be accounted for.

2. 退货流程

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. The inspection process may take [7] business days.
  • Refund Issuance: If the item passes the inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within [7] business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. 退款流程

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process mentioned above. Once we receive and process the returned item, you can place a new order for the desired item on Echotomato. We will not be responsible for any price differences between the original item and the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Echotomato’s customer service team immediately within [3] days of delivery. Provide detailed information about the damage or defect, along with clear photos if possible.
  • We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost, depending on the availability and your preference.

6. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled without any charge. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above on Echotomato.
